I take a holistic approach that goes far beyond just working out. I spent years studying alongside a holistic doctor, learning how real, sustainable wellness comes from a balance of movement, nourishment, and mindset.
I work exclusively with women because I know first-hand how personal and vulnerable the fitness journey can feel. My role is to guide you through the process, helping you building lasting knowledge, confidence, and strength in a way that is supportive and sustainable.
I have my B.S. degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and a Minor in Nutrition with certifications in Mat Pilates, Women’s Pre & Post Natal, and Pain-Free Performance.
